General Questions

You can rent your favorite style for a period of 1 - 4 weeks. If you would like to rent it longer please contact us. We do our best to find a solution for you.

Your order needs to be placed at least 4 days in advance of your desired delivery date.
Deliveries are only possible on weekdays.

The rental starts on the selected starting date you chose at the checkout. Latest on this day you will receive your sunglasses by post.
Please check the tracking code we provide you for further information on your arrival date or to manage your shipment.

Currently you can only rent sunglasses throughout Switzerland.
We do our best to make our services available in other countries soon.

We accept a majority of the most popular credit cards.

Please contact us as soon as you have received your order confirmation. We will then check how we can support you.

Unfortunately you cannot cancel an order by yourself. Please contact us and we will have a look on how to help you.

Contact us with your desired extension request and we will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution for you.

We make every effort to keep our selection and availability of sunglasses up to date to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.
Out of consideration for all other members of our community, we must charge a fee and automatically extend your rental period by one week if you do not return the sunglasses on time.

The rental fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.

Shipping & Return

Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by email. After we have prepared your sunglasses for shipping, you will also receive a shipping confirmation. The parcel will be sent by Swiss Post and should reach you within 1-3 days.
Please note that you need to sign your delivery as the sunglasses are shipped as an insured parcel.

Please pay attention to the end of your rental period and return the sunglasses to us on the last day of the rental.
Please reuse the box we sent you the sunglasses in and also add any additional accessories (sunglasses case, cleaning cloth etc.) that have been shipped to you.
Do not use boxes that exceed the size of the one we shipped your sunglasses in, as the postage has been calculated for the original sized box. Stick the return label on the package and hand it in at your nearest post office.

Sharing is caring :-) Please make sure that you handle your sunglasses with care so that many others in the community can enjoy them and return in the same condition you received them.

All sunglasses and accessories are professionally cleaned by us after each rental using special equipment so that they meet our quality standards in terms of cleanliness, functionality and aesthetics for the next rental.
Damage, Theft & Loss

If it should happen that your rented sunglasses get damaged and cannot be rented out again, we only charge a fee of 20% of the replacement value.
Normal wear & tear is of course expected and will not be charged.

Unfortunately we are forced to charge a flat fee or the remaining value of the sunglasses if they are lost or got stolen.
We recommend to check with your insurance. Often these cases are covered by one of your existing insurance policies.

Our sunglasses are in mint condition. However, slight signs of wear are unavoidable in a sharing community.
Please check your sunglasses carefully for damages upon receipt and inform us immediately of any damage by email and include pictures within 12 hours of receipt. This way we can ensure that you are not charged for the damage.

If the case gets lost or damaged we have to charge a fee of up to CHF 20.
